Build it, modernize it, staff it.
We build and modernize business-critical applications — and recruit across technology, engineering, scientific and professional disciplines. From enterprise programs to specialized hires, Tricon brings experience and technical judgment to both.

What we do
How the work gets done.
Some clients need the technology delivered. Others need the people to deliver it. Tricon does both, and the same account team is accountable either way.
IT Consulting & Solutioning
We build new applications, modernize the ones that no longer fit, and integrate them with everything around them. Most of this work is not greenfield: it is an estate that has aged, a platform that has been outgrown, or an integration nobody wants to touch.
IT consultingProfessional & Technical Talent
Contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire and executive search. Candidates are assessed against the role before submission, never simply matched on keywords. For technology roles that means technical evaluation beyond a recruiter screen, with a practitioner involved where the role requires it.
Talent solutionsBuild it
What we have actually built.
Described by sector rather than by name. One a revenue-cycle platform in production since 2018 and still running the billing it was built for; the other a legacy estate re-engineered into an application still carrying load in K–12 classrooms today.
Dental services
Revenue-cycle platform for a dental group
A multi-location dental services organization. Built for the client in 2018 and in production use since.
Treatment plans and insurance verifications checked against the payer's own rules before the patient is treated — frequency and age limits, downgrades, provider mismatches — each failure returned to the front desk as a plain-language correction rather than as a denied claim weeks later. Claims then run through a team-routed workflow over an integration layer that replicates each office's Eaglesoft data centrally.
Education
K–12 digital learning platform
A national education non-profit.
A legacy ASP/VB platform re-engineered into a modern web application connecting students, teachers and families, with role-based entry over a searchable activity library aligned to curriculum standards. Still in classroom use in K–12 systems across the country.
Modernize it
Across the application life cycle.
Most of this work arrives the same way: a system built for how the business used to run, which nobody can afford to switch off while it is replaced. Scoped as a statement of work, as managed capacity, or as an embedded team inside yours.

Staff it
Technical judgment before submission.
Candidates are assessed against the role before submission, never simply matched on keywords — that holds across every talent area, not just the technical ones. For technology roles it means technical evaluation beyond a recruiter screen, with a Tricon practitioner involved where the role requires it.
For every one you see
Fifteen assessed. One submitted.
The fourteen that do not reach you were ruled out here, so you are reading a shortlist rather than a longlist.
Talent areas
Where we recruit.
Software, data, infrastructure, security, and the platform-specific estates that utilities, insurers and health systems actually run — and where our consulting experience gives us a deeper technical lens. Every area carries the same standard.

Scientific & Technical
Professional & Corporate
The résumé is the easy part. The judgment is the product.
A recruiter can match keywords. Deciding whether an SAP IS-U background transfers to a CIS program, or whether a QC analyst has worked inside an audited quality system, takes someone who has run that work. That is who sits the interview here.
Industries
Industries where a mis-hire costs more than the vacancy.
Every sector has its own idea of what a qualified candidate looks like. An SAP IS-U background is not interchangeable with generic ERP, and a QC analyst who has never worked inside an audited quality system is not a QC analyst. We screen to the sector, not to the job title.
Enterprise ready
What procurement asks before the first order.
None of it priced separately, and none of it an optional extra. The same answers whether you are buying a requisition or a statement of work.
Next step
Need the work delivered, or the people to deliver it?
A role to fill, a platform that no longer fits, a backlog that is not clearing, a roadmap that needs a second opinion. You will deal with someone who can make decisions on the account, not a queue.
