Tricon Solutions is an IT consulting and professional & technical talent solutions company serving enterprise organizations since 2015. Two things for the same clients: applications built and modernized under our own accountability, and the talent to run them. How we work
Accountability without layers.
On a consulting engagement that means a named delivery owner, a defined scope and a reporting line you can escalate on. On a placement it means the hire is half the job. The other half is the file behind it — the screening record, the background and drug results, the insurance position, the right-to-work documentation. We run that as a discipline rather than as paperwork, because it is what gets examined when an account is audited.
Where a role calls for a technical read, we put a practitioner on it — someone who has designed and delivered systems of that kind — rather than leaving the judgment with a recruiter working from a checklist. It is why an evaluation happens before a submission rather than after it.
It is also why we keep 90% of placements on W-2. It costs us margin, and it removes a class of worker-classification risk from our clients entirely.
The same approach scales down. A company making its first specialist hire gets the same screening and the same compliance handling as a Fortune 1000 program — there is no second-tier process.
